NO REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds of any kind
 
 
CANCELLATIONS:
Your appointments are very important to the Texture+Sage team members.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Texture+Sage.
 
 
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
 
 
TARDINESS:
  Here at Texture+Sage we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Texture+Sage.
 
NEW INSTALL APPOINTMENT CHANGES:
You may move a new install appointment one time. From there if you must reschedule a second time the deposit is forfeit.
 
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Texture+Sage reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.
 
 
REMINDER TEXT/ EMAIL
As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text + email  72hrs before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
 
 
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS:
For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Texture+Sage Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
